Job Title:  Quality Assurance Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee client programs to ensure quality services at health centers.
• Develop and implement an effective quality assurance program.
• Disseminate and ensure appropriate implementation of QA standards and procedures.
• Ensure operationalization of consensus best practices, Standard Operating Procedures  (SOP) and   auditable  performance  checklists.

Qualifications:

• Proven  ability  to  develop  effective  working  relationships  with  all stakeholders
• Excellent  organizational  and  prioritization skills  with  keen  attention  to  detail ,
• Previous USAID/PEPFAR experience preferred.
• Advanced  University   degree  in public  health  or its  equivalent  with  health  related  professional  background ,
• A minimum  of  5 years  relevant  work  experience,
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and  concisely  in written  and spoken English  .
