Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage the strategic development of Clinical Services at the Hospital
•Provide leadership in developing creative, innovative and cost-effective healthcare at NHL
•Monitor quality and appropriateness of medical care within the hospital
•Develop clinical policies and procedures.
•Oversee clinical peer review.
•Oversee documentation and care planning
•Manage physician relations and/or representation
•Handle clinical patient complaints
•Address emergency clinical issues Qualifications:
•A minimum of a post-graduate degree in Medicine, with ten (10) years postgraduate experience in private or public healthcare management.
•At least 7 years in senior clinical practice with management/leadership roles in a similar sized healthcare facility.
•Valid registration and practicing license from the Medical & Dental Council
•Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-task setting.
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
•Must possess high analytical skills.
