Key Duties & Responsibilities:
-Maintain, repair and optimize the plant and the associated devises.
-Comply with the recommended safe work procedure and maintain a safe healthy working environment
-Conduct cleaning of the machine in good time to avoid loss of production
-Carry out autonomous ,preventative and break down maintenance on all line equipment Apply the manufacturing way principles and practices
-Contribute to team problem solving and decision making
-Accord customer care and service in line with company values.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-The candidate should possess a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering
-Minimum Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
-At least 1 years working experience preferably in Foods and Beverages Industry
-Two years' experience as an Mechanical Artisan Must be hardworking
-Honest and self motivated
-High integrity and attention to detail
--High energy, balanced personality self discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias.
-Proactive mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative; ability to communicate (verbal and written),
-Go getter attitude
-Be disciplined and dynamic Team Player
-Self motivated and should be able to work in shifts.
-Be able to communicate effectively
