Job Title: Resourcing Officer
Responsibilities:
•Implements the recruitment and selection process within a functional area, adhering to required processes and procedures , ensuring compliance and mitigating all risk
•Delivers good caliber candidates in line with business needs , in line with transformation and talent attraction goals whilst optimizing cost effectiveness
•Delivers on assignments with the correct governance , policy and technology support work through the Recruitment system
•Agree and support resourcing related initiatives /programs and projects as agreed as well as positioning SBG EVP positively in the market place
Qualifications:
•A minimum of 3 years resourcing experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Social Sciences or General Humanities
•Knowledge of resourcing tools and methords/assessment tools is a must
•Possesses good interpersonal and networking skills
•Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
