Job Summary: The M&E Manager will develop, implement, lead and manage the country office monitoring and evaluation systems, providing guidance and support to employees and volunteers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
=Responsible for strategic M&E development to enhance impact and effectiveness
=Steer organizational knowledge management
=Responsible for programme development
=Internal and external reporting and research management
=Financial and resource management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
=The applicant should possess a good bachelor’s degree in related field
=Three years’ hands-on M&E experience at management level.
=Proven ability to work on complex development programmes with strong research skills - qualitative and quantitative.
=Practical experience within development context desirable.
