  • Develop inventory of resource institutions and resource persons to carry out various training in and out of the LRC.
  • In charge of planning and organizing training programmes - Pre-vocational and vocational training;
  • Works closely with the LRC Manager and training institutes to adapt curricula to the needs of Persons with Disabilities;
  • Develop and conduct life skills, basic IT skills and communication skill sessions for the Persons with Disabilities.
  • Establish linkages with financial institutions, MFIs and government departments for training, placement, apprenticeship and job shadowing.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant should possess a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • At least two years’ experience in developing and delivering training programmes.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly innovative, and have skills to design new programmes and develop new techniques to deliver training to disabled people.
  • The applicant should be aware of industry trends in terms of skills and job requirements to identify the training programmes which suit market demands
  • Good understanding of issues related to disability
