Program Manager Job Vacancy at Oxfam Limited in Uganda

Job Title: Program Manager-Oxfam Limited.
Duties;
• Ensuring quality and timely delivery of the program .
• Taking lead in the design of new programs and undertake effective program planning in order to meet Oxfam GB’s strategic objectives.
• Co-ordinating assessments for the purposes of program planning and measuring impact as well as lead in the Oxfam humanitarian contingency planning for lakes state.
Qualifications;
• A Degree in Social Sciences, International Relations or related field.
• Proven experience of managing livelihoods and or public health programs in a conflict affected country or protection programming .
• Demonstrated experience of program management , fundraising , proposal writing , human resources and finance management will be essential.
