Job Title: Superintendent –Diary Unit.
Duties;
• Steering farm animals growth , managing efficiency and ensuring profitability of the diary farm.
• Developing annual strategic and work plans in liaison with the Veterinary doctor and estate manager and overseeing their implementation .
• Ensuring effective management of the milking process, including plant hygiene and somatic cell count aimed at maintaining grade free status.
Qualifications;
• Bachelors degree in diary technology /animal husbandry obtained from a recognized university.
Experience;
• Minimum of 8 years working experience.
