Job Title: Claims Manager.
Deloitte Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the position above .
Responsibilities
•Designing , implementing , monitoring and evaluation of claims processing and related systems of the company ;
•Ensuring that budgeting for the department is carried out within the given parameters and delivered in time ;
•Ensuring proper management of Legal matters by handling legal documentation ;
•Maintenance of sound business relationships with key stakeholders .
Qualifications;
•First University Degree , preferably Social Sciences , Law , or any related field ;
•Be a Qualified insurer with the Association of Chartered Insurance Institute ;
•Have a minimum of five years post qualification experience
•Have thorough knowledge of non-life insurance business
•Have good written and oral communication skills
•Demonstrate leadership ability
