Job Title: Operation Manager
Our client CAROIL Uganda , a part of Caroil Tuscany International Drilling Group involved in drilling operations in Uganda is seeking experienced Ugandans in the oil field to fill the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
•Supervise maintenance, procurement and logistical departments.
•Responsible for operations and cost reports for rig and explanation of vacancies .
•Develop and maintain cordial relations with operational level representatives of the customer .
•Ensure that line managers comply with and promote safety and company policies
Requirements;
•Should be Ugandans
•Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in the oilfield or 15 years of experience in oil rig or in oilfield office administration .
•International Well Control Certification (IWCF) at Supervisory Level
