Job Title: Senior Personnel Officer.
The Nu-Hites Project is inviting for qualified suitable candidates for the vacant post above.
Key Functions
•Assist Districts in identifying HRH needs and updating action plans for recruitment and deployment .
•Resolve problems in program implementation as they arise
•Assist the districts and PFNPs in supervising the health workers and determining rewards and sanctions for performance .
•Support districts in implementing performance management .
•Contribute to activities and work teams as assigned
Education
•Masters degree in Social Sciences or Health Sciences or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or economics with financing option with at least five years work experience in a related area.
•Experience working in human resources is preferred
•Strong interpersonal teamwork and programming skills
•Strong organizational skills
•Strong communications skills and strength in speaking and writing in English
•Strong skills in public speaking
