Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for on job training of tractor operators and drivers in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in the section.
• Controlling all fuel issues, verification of tasks, misuse control, and forwarding defaulters for appropriate disciplinary action.
• Ensuring that drivers follow the prescribed routes, and adhere to the loading procedures in the field.
• Enforcing the Safety, Health and Environment Policy of the company among subordinates.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering obtained from a recognised institution.
Experience:
• Five (5) years and above working experience.
