Job Title: Supervisor – Agricultural Workshop – 02 posts
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analysing machine failures for any repair/maintenance action and working towards achieving optimum level with available machines. Planning for spare parts, specifying requirements and initiating requisitions for approval.
• Leading and guiding groups of technician for quality repairs and maintenance of machines.
• Handling accurate record keeping and following the standard workshop procedures.
• Adhering to and enforcing the safety, health and environment policy of the company to subordinates.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in any of the following: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering obtained from a recognised institution.
• Computer literacy is a must.
Experience:
• Three (3) years working experience.
• Experience in tyre management is an added advantage.
