Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international independent medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from health care.

Job Summary: The HR Administrative Assistant will support the Finance and Human Resources Coordinator in administration of national and international personnel in the field. He/she is in charge of the smoothly running of flight movements and expatriates' administrative follow up.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting:
=Completing formalities related to the hiring of salaried personnel
=Undertaking administrative follow up of employment contracts
=Informing the salaried personnel of the rules within the organization
=Management of holidays

2. Pay Management:
=Entering the variable pay slip data in Homere
=Drawing up monthly pay slips
=At the end of the contract, drawing up the final pay slip

3. Settling Social Security Contributions: Drawing up declarations for the various collection entities
4. Managing International Personnel Files: expatriate staff administration

5. Offer support to the Field Teams:
=HR Database Consolidation
=Providing support to field teams.
=Updating the food basket

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

=The HR Administrative Assistant should hold a Diploma in Human Resources Management or General Administration
=At least two years’ HR administrative work experience (knowledge of HR Tools and MSF experience is desirable)
=Strong communication and organisational skills
=Possess the ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary team
=English Language proficiency (written and spoken)
=Computer literacy skills
=Exhibit respect of MSF Humanitarian charter and professional code of ethics
