Job Summary: The Mechanic will primarily maintain, test and repair petrol & diesel engines and the mechanical components of heavy and lightweight motor vehicles such as transmissions, final drives, suspension, steering and brakes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
=The applicant should possess a good diploma in Vehicle Mechanics or Vehicle Mechanic Craft - Part 2
=Professional trade test certificate part 3 is a mandatory requirement
=Five or more years’ experience in the same field in a large and reputable company
=Excellent Conflict management skills
=Good Problem solving skills
=Good judgment and decision making skills
=Stress tolerant and able to work under harsh conditions
=Good communication skills both oral and written
=Possess the ability to coach and mentor others
=Be willing to work after normal working hours & public holidays
=High degree of integrity, team oriented and good interpersonal skills
