Job Title: Centre Administrator –Mbarara Centre
Uganda Management Institute is a Management Development Institution with a mission to excel in developing sustainable management capacity .
Responsibilities
•Taking overall responsibility for the administrative functions in the Centre
•Providing Administrative support to the training , consultancy and research activities at the Centre
•Managing the office and the day to day activities of the Centre
•Performing a public relations function
•Handling documents and correspondences
Specifications
•Applicants should have an honors first Degree in a Management related field from a recognized Institution
•Applicants with Secretarial training will have an added advantage
•At least three years relevant working experience including supervisory experience including supervisory experience gained in a reputable organization preferably an Institution of higher learning .
•Well-developed interpersonal , communication, team building and analytical skills
