Job Title: Human Resource Officer

EFC Limited is a new microfinance institution in Kampala located in Ndeeba at Master Wood Plaza .
Duties
•He should absolutely have good practical knowledge of HRM in the financial services sector and the foresight to see how the intricate day-to-day HR related activities link with and support the achievement of the mission and vision of the EFC.
Qualifications
•Human Resources Diploma /Degree’
•Two years of relevant experiences
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ;
•Excellent problem solving skills
