Grants and Fundraising Manager Job Vacancy at African Palliative Care Association in Uganda

Job Title: Grants and Fundraising Manager.

The African Palliative Care Association (APCA) is a young dynamic and fast growing non-governmental organization registered in Uganda with an Africa-wide mandate to promote and support access to affordable and culturally appropriate palliative care services for people.
Responsibilities
• Participating in the strategic analysis and planning processes that result in the development of implementation plans and budgets for APCA activities ; in particular , analyzing the resourcing and partnership implications of plans and identifying possible new sources of funds and collaborations.
• Implementation and review of APCAs suitability framework, developing and implementing an annual fundraising strategy , identifying and maximizing opportunities to generating and securing both restricted and un restricted funding for APCA
Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a development related field.
• At least 5 years experience in Grants and fundraising management.
• Proven experience in corporate , trust and event fundraising.
• Proven record of raising funds
