Job Title: Head of Procurement and Disposal unit.
National Social Security Fund.
Qualifications;
• Bachelors degree in Procurement /purchasing and Supply or any other related field.
• Professional qualification in Procurement /Purchasing and Supply.
• Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and supply MCIPS.
Experience;
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position with at least 3 years at senior management level.
Competencies
• Thorough and proven understanding of PPDA procedures and guidelines.
• Experience in supplier sourcing , documentation, evaluation and selection.
• Experience in negotiating high value strategic agreements .
