Job Title: Programs Manager.
The African Palliative Care Association (APCA) is a young dynamic and fast growing non-governmental organization registered in Uganda with an Africa-wide mandate to promote and support access to affordable and culturally appropriate palliative care services for people.
Education
• The person is expected to hold a Masters degree in Social Sciences , Development studies or any other disciplines relevant to Program Development , Planning and Management from a recognized Institution of Higher Learning.
Experience;
• 5 years experience in Programs development and management as well as experience in basic financial management and with proven experience of working in Africa and a track record of effective management of PEPFAR/USAID funded programs in a reputable organization.
• Knowledge and experience of program management in health related NGOs is an added advantage .
