Job Title: Human Resource Manager.
Pearl Micro finance Company Ltd (PEARL)
Roles;
• Report to the executive director , develop and implement company’s human resources strategies that are aligned to the corporate strategy of pearl micro finance.
• Coordinate selection , recruitment , induction and placement of staff in the company.
• Give advice , guidance and support regarding HR matters to top management and staff in general.

Requirements:
• The candidate should be a self starter with a minimum of 2 years working experience in senior human resource management position.
• Work experience in a reputable organization or a similar micro Finance institution with tangible delivered results.
• University degree holder with a Bachelor’s in Human resources management
