Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Arrange for test item writers' workshops to generate test items;
• Compile test items into sets for purposes of moderation.
• The job holder will moderate and pre-test items;
• Compile test items with draft test sets and bank them;
• Develop systems of test item banking;
• The incumbent will also translate draft test items into final papers;
• Maintain draft solutions to each selected items as marking schemes;
• Develop grading systems and attend Awards meetings;
• Actively participate in the preparation of annual budgets and work plans in accordance with UNMEB Strategic Plan;
• Perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The applicants should hold an Honors’ Degree in Nursing or Midwifery or Education.
• Professional in Nursing or Midwifery or any related field.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in setting, moderating and marking written and practical examinations at institutional level.
• Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, confidentiality, team work, concern for quality and standards, time management and integrity.
Age: Between 25 -40 Years
