Job Description:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should have at least six years’ experience in workforce development or youth activities.
• The candidate must also hold a Master’s degree in education, business, or other relevant field. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.
• Excellent track record of achieving results in similar types of skill development activities.
• Demonstrated high level technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong English written and oral communication skills
