Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Intuitively analyze the effect of new laws or administrative regulations on company human resources programs and policies
• Represent the company at all labour mediation meetings/sessions
• Oversee all employment standards and legislations such as Workers Compensation and other related labour standards
• Handle the investigation and disposition of all reported indiscipline and grievances cases.
• Oversee the staff performance evaluation processes.
• Identify training and development opportunities for staff
• The HR Officer will also evaluate staff training programs
• Offer basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
• Actively coordinate the recruitment, selection and placement process.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The ideal candidate should hold a good degree in Human Resource Management.
• A minimum of three or more years’ experience in related job roles.
• Working knowledge of all Employment legislation and other labour laws
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
• Possess the ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
• Excellent problem solving skills
