Specifications;

•An  Honors  Bachelors  degree in Economics /Social  Sciences  /Development Studies  or related  field from  a recognized  University .
•A Post  Graduate  Certificate  in development  planning ,  monitoring  and evaluation  or business  administration  will be an  added advantage .
•At least  three  years of relevant  experience  in administration  and management  or  development  programs
•She/he  should   be conversant  with the  Log  Framework approach   in planning  monitoring  and evaluation .
•She/he should be comfortable  working with computers , preferably   with one  or more  common database  packages
•Self-motivated  and strong  organizational  and planning  skills
•Competencies  ;  Computer  Literacy  , Report  writing  Team  work , Planning  organizing  and coordinating  ,  networking  , Good  Interpersonal  and Communication  skills  , Ethics  and  Integrity .
